Here’s a video I came across on Cyberspace of an openly homosexual gamer (xxxGayBoyxxx) on Xbox Live getting abuse from various different players. Although he admits that not all the comments were not necessarily hateful it is pretty interesting to hear how many meatheads there are in the gaming world. What’s even more interesting is that most of them have very camp voices.

This is pretty sad, but to be honest, half the video was people calling him gayboy, which was his name. Of course in the anonymity of the online multiplayer games people will be less sensitive, so I guess either use a different name or just get so good that no one can beat you. No doubt Halo does not appeal to the better angels of our nature, and you have kids from 13 to 50 playing.
